Okay, so today I messed around with something called “nm political report.” I’d heard about it, and figured I’d give it a shot. Here’s how it went down.
First, I had to, you know, actually find the thing. I did some digging around. No magic here, just some plain old searching. It took a bit to get my bearings – wasn’t exactly straightforward.

Getting Started
Once I found what I thought was the right place to start, I installed it. That was, thankfully, pretty painless. No crazy hoops to jump through, just a normal installation process.I followed instruction and i just copy and paste.
The Experiment
Then came the fun part – actually using it! I will try some command:
- I started by listing out the basic commands.I typed some command, and it spit out a bunch of info, like the different options I could use.
- I poked around, trying different flags and options. Some worked, some didn’t. It was a bit of a learning curve, figuring out what did what. I felt like a bit of a hacker, even though I was just messing around.
- I tried to generate a simple report,I will create simple report using command. It took a few tries to get the formatting right, but eventually, I got something that looked halfway decent.
My Thoughts
Honestly, It’s got potential! I can see how it could be useful for people who need to do this sort of thing regularly. For me, it was more of a “let’s see what this can do” kind of day.
Would I use it again? Maybe. If I had a real need for it, definitely. It’s not the prettiest thing, and it takes some getting used to, but it seems to do the job. For now, it’s back on the shelf, but I’m glad I gave it a try.
