Okay, so I’ve been trying to watch my cholesterol lately, and I heard that Yoplait Healthy Heart yogurt might be good for that. I figured, why not give it a shot? I mean, it’s just yogurt, right?
First, I got my hands on this Yoplait Healthy Heart yogurt. The packaging says it helps lower cholesterol, so that’s a plus. Then I read that you gotta eat it twice a day as part of a heart-healthy diet to see some results. Alright, challenge accepted!

I started having a serving in the morning with my breakfast. I’d just mix it with some fruits, like some cut up bananas and a few berries. It tastes pretty good, not gonna lie. Creamy and not too sweet, which is how I like my yogurt.
- Morning Routine:
- Wake up.
- Grab a Yoplait Healthy Heart.
- Mix with fruits.
- Enjoy.
Then, I’d have another serving sometime in the afternoon or evening. Sometimes I’d just eat it plain, other times I’d add a little granola for some crunch. It’s a nice little snack, and it keeps me full, which is great because I tend to get those afternoon munchies.
- Afternoon/Evening Routine:
- Feeling peckish.
- Grab another Yoplait Healthy Heart.
- Eat it plain or add granola.
- Feel satisfied.
I’ve been doing this for a few weeks now, and honestly, I feel pretty good. I don’t know if my cholesterol has actually gone down yet, I’ll have to check with my doc on my next visit. But I do feel like I have more energy and I am not as hungry.
Plus, I learned that yogurt, in general, is pretty good for you. It’s got calcium, protein, and vitamins – all that good stuff. They say it’s good for your bones and can even help with digestion.
So, yeah, I think adding Yoplait Healthy Heart to my diet was a good move. It’s an easy and tasty way to hopefully do something good for my heart. I’m gonna keep at it and see what happens. Maybe this whole healthy eating thing isn’t so bad after all!
