Okay, so, I was looking for something new to spice up my Android phone, yeah? That’s when I stumbled upon this thing called Visu Entertainment. I’d heard some buzz about it being a “one-stop place” for cool apps, and who am I to resist a good app hunt?
Diving In
First off, I started digging around to see what this Visu thing was all about. Turns out, it’s not just one app but a whole collection of them. The info I found said it was created by some guy named George Hatzis, a designer from Sydney. Seems like a creative dude, so that was a good sign.

I also found out that Visu is linked to some artist stuff, like, there was this mention of “Visu Artists! GOLD!” and some new work by a guy named Michael Hacker for brands like Dogfish Head, Blink-182, and Pixies. Not really my scene, but hey, it showed they’re involved in some legit creative projects.
Then things got a little confusing. I read that Visu is also the name of some Tamil writer, director, and actor. And there’s a whole list of movies associated with this Visu guy. So, I guess there are a few different things going by the same name. I focused on finding the apps though.
Getting to the Apps
My main goal was to find those Android apps. The description I found kept saying “Visu Entertainment, a one-stop place for android applications.” It mentioned photo editing apps to “sharpen your creativity.” Sounded right up my alley, so I went searching on the Google Play Store.
It took a bit of scrolling, but I finally found them! They’ve got a bunch of photo editing apps, just like they said. Some are free, some you gotta pay for. I downloaded a couple of the free ones to test them out.
Playing Around
The apps are pretty cool, actually! They’ve got all sorts of filters and effects. I spent a good hour just messing around with some photos, making them look all artsy and stuff. They’re definitely not your basic photo editors, they are more professional. These apps got some unique features.
I haven’t tried the paid apps yet, but I’m thinking about it. If the free ones are this good, the paid ones are probably even better. And supporting indie developers is always a good thing, right?
Wrapping Up
So, that’s my little adventure with Visu Entertainment. It was a bit of a winding road getting to the apps, with all those other Visu things out there. But I’m glad I found them. My phone’s photo game just got a major upgrade. If you’re into photo editing, you should definitely check these apps out. They’re a fun way to get creative with your pictures. Also, I noticed that there was a guy named Meenakshisundaram Ramasamy Viswanathan who is related to Visu, it’s interesting to know the history of the people behind it.

I tried to find more apps that related to movie and film, but it seems there is only a list of the best Visu movies, so I will try them next time. There is also a company called 2b Entertainment, which is also a firm specializing in PR and media relations. This is a good discovery. I will keep my eyes on that. VISU has many films and TV shows. I noticed that Marvel Cinematic Universe and Dunkirk are on the list. I am a big fan of them. I will watch them again.
- Pros:
- Cool and unique photo editing apps.
- Free and paid options available.
- Fun to use and experiment with.
- Cons:
- A little confusing to find the apps at first.
- Haven’t tried the paid apps yet.
Overall, I’d say Visu Entertainment is worth checking out if you’re looking for some fresh photo editing apps. Just be prepared to do a little digging to find them! They also have good films and TV shows. I highly recommend watching them!
