Okay, so, I’ve been thinking about getting a Starbucks machine for my little coffee shop. You know, one of those fancy ones that the actual Starbucks stores use. Seemed like a good idea at the time, figured it would bring in more customers. Boy, was I in for a ride.
The Hunt Begins
First, I tried to find out what kind of machine they even use. Turns out, it’s not just some regular coffee maker you can pick up at the store. It’s a special kind, made just for them. I searched for days but found nothing.

The Roadblock
So, there I was, stuck. I couldn’t buy one directly from Starbucks. They don’t sell them to just anyone. I was feeling pretty defeated at this point, I’ve got to admit.
The Solution?
But then, I had an idea. What if I could find a used one? Someone selling their old machine, maybe a store closing down or something. I started looking online, checking out all sorts of websites, and even some local restaurant supply stores.
Success!
And guess what? I found one! A used Starbucks espresso machine, in pretty good shape, too. The price was a bit steep, but I figured it was worth it. I contacted the seller and then I bought it.
Getting It Going
Getting it installed was a whole other thing. It’s a big, complicated machine, and I needed to find someone who knew how to set it up properly. Thankfully, I found a local technician who had experience with these things. He came over, hooked it all up, and even showed me how to use it.
The End Result
Now, I’ve got a real Starbucks machine in my shop. It was a lot of work, and a lot more complicated than I expected, but it’s finally here. We’ll see if it actually helps business, but for now, I’m just happy to have it up and running. It makes a darn good cup of coffee, I’ll tell you that!
