Okay, so the other day, I bumped into this whole “class action ITT Tech” thing and, man, did it send me down a rabbit hole. I figured I’d share what I dug up and how I pieced it all together, ’cause it was a bit of a journey.
My Deep Dive into the ITT Tech Mess
First off, I had to figure out what exactly happened. I mean, I remembered ITT Tech being a thing, and then poof, it was gone. So, I started digging.

I started by just, you know, searching around. I wanted the basics: What went down? Who was involved?
- Initial Search: I typed in “ITT Tech class action lawsuit” and similar phrases to get the gist. This gave me the broad strokes—school closed, students were upset, lawsuits happened.
- Finding The Plaintiffs: It mentioned the students, obvisouly, it’s all about the student.
- Checked the Dates: Then get the specific dates that the school was closed, it will be very important.
I needed to go deeper to search for the specific case.
- Deeper Dive : I looked for news articles, legal documents which are old, anything I could find that wasn’t just surface-level stuff. I wanted to see if there were any official statements, court filings, that kind of thing.
After some serious digging, I felt I search for the case result
- The Result: I tried to search by the keyword “ITT Tech closed case” and tried to find any official documents.
Putting all this together, I kind of got a handle on the whole situation. It wasn’t pretty, and it definitely seemed like a lot of people got a raw deal. I made some notes to arrange them and I will share them in other blog if possible.
