Okay, so, I had to hit up H&L Sports in Everett the other day. My kid needed some new gear, and everyone kept telling me this was the place to go. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much, just your usual sporting goods store, you know?
First off, finding the place was easy. It’s in a decent spot in Everett, plenty of parking, which is always a plus. Walked in and was immediately surprised. This place is HUGE! They’ve got everything you could ever need, seriously.

I started wandering around, a little lost at first. I mean, they have sections for like, every sport imaginable. Baseball, basketball, football, soccer, hockey… you name it. Even stuff for like, pickleball, which I still don’t totally understand, but hey, they had it!
- Baseball bats and gloves, all kinds
- Basketballs of different brands and sizes
- Rows and rows of football gear
- Soccer balls, cleats, shin guards – the works
- And then a whole hockey section… like an ice rink away from an ice rink.
I finally found a guy who worked there, a nice young dude, and told him what I was looking for. He pointed me in the right direction, no problem. We were looking for some baseball stuff, specifically. Found a good selection of bats, and my kid was like a kid in a candy store, swinging them all around.
We ended up grabbing a new bat, a glove, and some batting gloves. Prices seemed pretty fair, to be honest. Not the cheapest, but definitely not the most expensive either. They had some good deals going on, too.
Checked out at the register, no long lines, which was nice. The cashier was friendly, quick, and efficient. Bagged everything up, and we were on our way.
Overall, my trip to H&L Sports was way better than I expected.
It’s definitely a one-stop shop for any sport you’re into. They had the stuff I was looking for, and then a whole lot more. If you’re in the Everett area and need some sports gear, I’d say it’s worth checking out. You’ll be happy for sure, I swear! I’m giving it five stars, easy. So, yeah, that was my little adventure at H&L Sports. I felt like it was a decent place, and if you are in this area and you need sports stuff, just give it a try!
