Okay, so the other day I was squinting at my computer screen, and my eyes felt like sandpaper. I figured it was time for a check-up, and since I live near Happy Valley, I remembered seeing “EyeHealth Northwest” pop up in my searches before. So, I thought, “Why not give them a try?”
Getting Started
First, I checked out their location. Make sure they were actually in Happy Valley and easy to get to. Yep, they had a spot right there, easy peasy.

Making the Appointment
Next up, calling for an appointment. I hate phone calls, I’m get nervous. But, the person on the other end was super friendly and helpful. We chatted about what was going on with my eyes, and they got me scheduled for an appointment pretty quickly. No long wait times, which was a huge plus!
The Day Of
On the day of the appointment, I made sure to arrive a little early. Because, you know, paperwork and all that stuff. The clinic itself was nice and clean. The waiting area was comfy, with some magazines I didn’t read.
Meeting the Doctor
The eye doctor, I saw was really thorough. I don’t remeber the name.. She(Or He,I don’t remeber) listened to my complaints about blurry vision and dry eyes, and then we went through all the usual tests. You know, the ones where you look at the chart with the letters, and they shine that super bright light in your eyes. All that fun stuff.
The Results & Next Steps
- The Diagnosis: Turns out, I just needed a new prescription for my glasses. And, the doctor suggested some eye drops for the dryness, which was a relief.
- Getting My Glasses: They had an optical shop right there in the clinic, so I browsed through their frames.
- Picking Up:Came back a week later, and my new glasses were ready! They fit perfectly, and I could see so much clearer.
Overall Feeling
Seriously, it was a smooth and easy experience. No complaints here! My eyes feel much better, and I’m not squinting at everything anymore. I think I found the best place.
