Okay, so I’ve been hearing a lot about the Duke Sports Science Institute lately, and as a bit of a fitness geek myself, I decided to dive in and see what it’s all about. My goal was to get a better understanding of their approach and maybe pick up some tips for my own routine.

I started my own experiments.
