Okay, so I wanted to talk about my experience with Auburn Sound Mental Health. I heard about this place from somewhere, maybe a friend told me, or I saw it online, I can’t remember exactly. Anyway, I found out they’re located at 4238 Auburn Way North. That was easy enough to find on Google Maps.
So, first, I went to their place. I mean, I had to see what this place was all about, right? It looked like a normal office, nothing too scary. I walked in and talked to the people at the front desk. They were pretty nice and seemed like they knew what they were doing.

Then, I got to meet with a therapist. I’ve read some online reviews saying their staff was excellent. This person, my therapist, was really good. We talked about my problems, and they listened without judging me. That was a big deal for me. They really seemed to care, you know?
We had a few sessions, and I started to feel a bit better. It wasn’t like a magic fix or anything, but I could see things were getting better. We talked about different ways to deal with my stress and anxiety, stuff like that. They gave me some tips, and I tried to follow them.
