Okay, so I’ve been trying to get more into fitness lately, and I kept seeing ads for this We Health TV thing. I was like, “Eh, another fitness app?” But I decided to check out some We Health TV reviews to see what the deal was.
My Deep Dive into We Health TV
First, I just did a simple search. I wanted to see what people were saying, you know, the good, the bad, the ugly.

I started poking around different forums and review sites. Seemed like a mixed bag, to be honest. Some folks were really into it, saying it had tons of workout options and was super easy to use. Others were complaining about technical glitches or saying the content wasn’t for them.
My next move was to actually try it myself.
I downloaded the app. Honestly, the sign-up was pretty straightforward. I think I went with a free trial, just to test the waters.
- First Impression: The interface was clean, not too cluttered. I could easily find different workout categories, like yoga, strength training, cardio – you name it.
- Content Variety: They do have a lot. I was actually surprised. Everything from short 10-minute routines to longer, more intense sessions. I’m definitely a beginner, so I appreciated having options at my level.
- Trying it Out: I started with some of the beginner yoga classes. The instructors seemed pretty knowledgeable, and I liked that they offered modifications for different skill levels. I even did beginner cardio classes.
- My Experience: I found out some workouts were a bit too intense, and I was pausing to rest or felt like I couldn’t finish some workouts.
So, after using it for a little while, here’s my personal take:
It’s pretty decent! I’ve enjoyed using it more than I thought I would. It is helpful having workouts right there on my TV or phone, especially when I don’t feel like going to the gym.
I will definately continue to use it, and I might even keep it around after the trial is over.
