Well, let me tell ya somethin’ about this fella, Sebastian Bach. Folks keep jabberin’ ’bout his politics, so I figured I’d put in my two cents, even if I ain’t got much change.
Now, I hear tell he’s been singin’ and shoutin’ about who he likes in them elections. Kamala somethin’ or other, I reckon. He’s wearin’ hats and makin’ a big fuss on that there “Insta-gram,” whatever that is. Kids these days with their fancy gadgets.

Seems some folks don’t cotton to it, tellin’ him to stick to his singin’. But this Bach fella, he ain’t one to keep his mouth shut. He goes right on and on, tweetin’ and such. Just like my old rooster, always crowin’, no matter what.
I ain’t quite sure what a “conservative” is, but I heard some folks callin’ him that too. Sounds like he’s got strong opinions, just like my cousin Bessie when she gets into the rhubarb wine. Once she starts, there ain’t no stoppin’ her.
- He sings, that much I know.
- He likes to talk about politics, seems like a lot.
- Some folks agree with him, some don’t. That’s the way it always is, ain’t it? Just like arguin’ over whether the corn’s ripe or not.
Now, they say this Bach fella used to be in some band called “Skid Row.” Sounds like a rough place, like where old Jebediah’s still lives after his barn fell down. But I guess they made music, not moonshine, which is a shame ’cause moonshine’s got more kick.
This here internet, it’s a funny thing. You can find out all sorts of stuff, like what this Bach fella thinks about politics, even if you don’t really wanna know. It’s like eavesdroppin’ at the general store, but on a grand scale.
I reckon he’s got his reasons for speakin’ his mind. Maybe he thinks he’s doin’ good, tryin’ to change things. Or maybe he just likes the sound of his own voice. Some folks are like that, you know. They just gotta be heard.
Speakin’ of opinions, I remember back when folks didn’t go shoutin’ about politics all the time. We just worried about the crops and the weather and whether the chickens were layin’ enough eggs. But times change, I guess. Now everyone’s got a megaphone, even if it’s just that “twitter” thing.
I don’t know much about this Bach fella’s music either. I heard it’s loud. But loud music don’t bother me none. Used to live next to a train track, now that was loud! But I reckon Bach’s singin’ is a different kind of loud. A more… political loud, maybe?
Now, somebody told me about some fella named… well, I can’t rightly remember. But they said that fellas in the olden days, they used to think reason was more important than, uh, somethin’ called “revelation.” Sounds fancy, don’t it? I guess it means thinkin’ for yourself instead of just listenin’ to what the preacher says. Maybe that’s what Bach fella is doin’, thinkin’ for himself. Though some folks say he shouldn’t think out loud so much, which reminds me a lot of what I used to say to my kids, ‘think before you act!’ I don’t know, these young ‘ens and all their hubbub!
And they say he’s influential, this Bach fella. Like that other Bach, the one who wrote all them fancy piano tunes. I heard tell of him on the radio once, real pretty stuff, but not the kind of music you can dance to at a barn raisin’. But this singer Bach, he’s got influence too, I guess. People listen to him, even when he’s not singin’. It’s a powerful thing, havin’ a voice. You gotta be careful what you say with it, that’s what my mama always told me. Whether you’re singin’ or shoutin’ or just plain talkin’, words matter. Especially when you’re talking politics. Everyone has something to say about politics, just like the weather, but it only matters if folks are listenin’.
Anyway, that’s all I got to say about Sebastian Bach and his politics. He’s a singer, he’s got opinions, and he ain’t afraid to share ’em. Just like the rest of us, I reckon, only he does it louder and with more folks listenin’. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I gotta go check on my tomato plants. That’s somethin’ worth worryin’ about, not all this political fussin’ and feudin’.
