Well, let me tell you, this heroin thing, it ain’t just some back alley trouble. It’s got politics mixed all up in it, like flies on a sticky bun. Big shots, you know, the ones in fancy suits, they got their fingers in this pie too. Don’t let nobody fool ya.
I heard tell, there’s this book, talks about how the government, yeah, the one supposed to be protectin’ us, they messed around with drugs. Sounds crazy, right? But this book, they say it’s got all the proof. Like, letters and papers and stuff, showing how these fellas in Washington, they were playing with fire, and we’re all gettin’ burned.

- First, they messed with this coca stuff, way down south.
- Then, they started playing with that poppy stuff, over in Asia.
- And all the while, they were makin’ deals and whisperin’ secrets, and look where it got us.
It’s like this, see? These politicians, they think they’re so smart. They think they can control things, like puppets on a string. But drugs, they’re a wild animal. You can’t cage ’em, you can’t tame ’em. And when you try, they turn around and bite ya.
And who gets hurt in all this? Not them fancy folks, no sir. It’s us, the regular people. Our kids, our neighbors, our towns. We’re the ones payin’ the price for their games. It makes me so mad, I could just spit.
This book, it goes way back, telling the whole story. How it all started, how it grew, and how it got so tangled up with politics. It ain’t a pretty picture, let me tell ya. Lots of lyin’ and cheatin’ and stealin’. Just plain dirty business. Makes you wonder who the real criminals are.
They say the CIA, that’s like the government’s secret spies, they were right in the middle of it. Supposed to be keepin’ us safe, but they were busy makin’ deals with drug lords and whatnot. It’s a shame, really. All that power, all that money, and they used it to make things worse. They played their tricks in those Andes Mountains with their coca and that white powder they turned it into. Same thing with that poppy over in them other countries, turned it into that brown powder that ruins folks.
Now, I ain’t no scholar, but even I can see somethin’ ain’t right. When you got the government mixed up in drugs, somethin’s gone seriously wrong. It’s like lettin’ the fox guard the henhouse. And we’re the chickens, just waitin’ to get plucked.
And don’t even get me started on the politicians. They make all these promises, talk about how they’re gonna clean things up. But then they just go right back to doin’ the same old thing. It’s all about power and money, ain’t it? They don’t care about us, not one bit. They will talk and talk, make big speeches. But nothin’ ever changes. It’s the same old story, different day.
So, what do we do? I don’t rightly know. But I reckon we gotta start by wakin’ up. Stop lettin’ ’em pull the wool over our eyes. We gotta start askin’ questions, demandin’ answers. And we gotta hold these fellas accountable, from the bottom all the way to the very top. They need to be held responsible, they messed things up and it is about time they paid their dues.

This book, it sounds like a good start. Shinin’ a light on all the dirt and lies. Maybe, just maybe, if we know the truth, we can start to fix things. But it ain’t gonna be easy. These folks, they got a lot to hide. They will try their darnedest to keep us blind, ignorant, and under their thumb, but we have got to fight. It will be a long and hard fight, but it’s one worth fighting. For our kids, for our future, and for the soul of our country. We deserve better than this.
It’s a tangled web, this heroin and politics thing. But we gotta start somewhere. And this book, well, it sounds like a good place to start untangling it all. Just remember, don’t let nobody silence you. Speak your mind, tell the truth, and fight for what’s right. That’s the only way we’re gonna make things better. That’s the only way we can take our country back.
